It provides drug discovery researchers and developers a fast and easy way to build and integrate state-of-the-art generative AI applications across the entire drug discovery pipeline,from target identification to lead optimization. The platform offersworkflows for 3D protein structure prediction, de novo design, virtual screening, docking, and property prediction.

NVIDIA BioNeMo Framework is a collection of programming tools and libraries that streamline the building and adapting of biomolecular AI models, accelerating the most time-consuming and costly stages of computational drug discovery.

NVIDIA BioNeMo NIM is a set of optimized, easy-to-use, portable microservices designed for biomolecular scientists in drug discovery needing secure, reliable AI model inferencing.

BioNeMo Framework: Users can access BioNeMo Framework two ways. NVIDIA’s offering for enterprise-grade use of BioNeMo with an NVIDIA AI Enterprise license. BioNeMo Enterprise on NVAIE offers the BioNeMo container via the NVIDIA GPU Cloud, which provides enterprise developers and researchers with a secure, scalable toolchain to build biomolecular workflows. The open-source version of BioNeMo that researchers and data scientists will soon be able to install from GitHub and use all of its components is now available.

BioNeMo microservices: NVIDIA’s offering for enterprise-grade use of BioNeMo with an NVIDIA AI Enterprise license. BioNeMo on NVAIE offers the BioNeMo NIM via the Nvidia GPU Cloud, which provides enterprise developers and researchers with a secure, scalable tool to build biomolecular workflows. BioNeMo NIMs can also be tested on the NVIDIA API Catalog using standard API calls and a UI interface (for some models).
