WHAT TO EXPECT

As a Senior Co-ordinator with the SVO (Special Vehicle Operations) function you will be taking on a new and exciting role within the team, with the opportunity to shape and influence the operational processes that deliver our bespoke offerings to customers.

You will take ownership of your own portfolio of bespoke content co-ordinating the feasibility through to on time delivery whilst assisting current reporting capability to ensure robust dashboards.

You will also oversee the root cause analysis and recommendations for process enhancement and operate as the operational lead for Bespoke Limited Edition (LE) delivery.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Understand the changing Bespoke landscape and new ways of working
• Work with key business stakeholder to drive change and improvement
• Bespoke functional lead for audit and compliance preparation including coordination with internal and external auditors
• Bespoke champion for Health & Safety as well as zero harm compliance
• Ensure Performance activities are delivered with a global mind-set, manage the relationship with international HR managers to understand the local practices

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Supply chain experience within manufacturing
• Project and change management experience
• Problem identification and resolution experience
• Commercially minded with an ability to understand the needs of the different business functions
• Manage assigned initiatives by utilising agile project management techniques to ensure the achievement of planned outcomes
