 So easy to use exactly the way I thought an OS to replace Windows should be.
Point and click and that's it.
One of the nicest KDE experience I've ever had.
The store is very neat and good on the eyes.
The Game Access is the best app on the distro.
No longer a hopper here.
And regards to stability well it's based on Leap so it's very stable with a strong SuSE background.
Everything is so easy to install and if terminal drives you crazy Regata OS is the best distro for this kind of person that just don't have time to waste and try to learn terminal codes.
Kudos to the devs.

 It's a great distribution. Unfortunately, too few people know that it solved the problem of my laptop not having a sound card and not being able to enter games. I tried several distributions and found that none of them could make my laptop work properly. Regata OS finally gave me the solution. The laptop can have a sound card and can enter the game and play normally. The speed is very fast and very good. It is very suitable for laptops and game distribution. I highly recommend laptops to install this distribution. It is very good. My laptop device is AVITA Essential NE14A2 14. FHD CPU: Intel Celeron N4020 RAM: 4G 128GSSD Incredibly fast^^ Old laptop users are welcome to use it and wish you good luck.

 I have not delved deeply into this OS, just tried to use it for gaming. Initial success, more things worked than on any other OS. However Gaming Access never worked at all Good: both EA App and Steam worked fine for a while. I just installed stuff and expected it to work like Windows, and it pretty much did. But doing this you can end up with say 3 installations of Mass Effect Andromeda in your home folder - 50 GB a pop.. --one for Lutris, one in Bottles, one running from Steam I think I did (this should not be done it seems). But things worked less well after some timne and after an upgrade to Regata OS 24 nothing works, the nvidia driver is somehow corrupted etc.

If you use this, do not upgrade it. You may also need to google for solutions and use CLI etc to fix stuff. Not bad but needs more work. I will try another install.
