田園都市線の青葉台駅から線路沿いの道を1ブロックほど行ったところのマンションの1階にある割烹料理店で会食をしました。
店内はカウンターが小料理屋風の雰囲気でよかったのですが、3人だったので奥の座敷に案内されて掘りごたつ式のテーブル席に落ち着きました。
メニューを眺めると、料理は和食をベースにした創作料理です。
まずはお造りからと、人数がいるので盛り合わせではなく寒鰤・鰆の焼霜造り、ヤリイカを個別に注文。
お通しはお通しは子持ち昆布と菜の花のお浸しでしたが、量もありコリコリした子持ち昆布としんなりとした菜の花の対比も良く、何よりも出汁が美味しくて驚きました。
「お通しの美味しい店にハズレなし」という経験則に従って、ここからはどんどん気になる料理を注文していきました。

いやあ、ずいぶん食べたものです。
中でも印象深いのは牡蠣と大根餅の揚げ出しで、唐揚げの牡蠣は衣がカリッとして身はふっくらと柔らかく、出汁の旨味が効いて美味しかった。
締めの鯖の棒寿司に鰯のつみれ汁も良かった。
日本酒の品揃えも豊富で色々呑めて良かったし従業員の接客もきちんとしていて好感のもてるものでした。
