たまには銀座辺りでで旨いものをと思い、銀座・座屋さんを予約しました。18000円のコースです。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で意外とこじんまりしてます。カウンター席に通され、ドリンクは料理に合った日本酒を順次出して頂きたいとお願いしました。
料理はさすがに美味しいものばかりですね。特にお刺身が絶品!鯛とかますの炙りと〆鯖。鯛はちょっと厚めに切ってあり、その味と弾力は素晴らしい。
炙ったかますはフワッとほどけて旨すぎる。そして驚いたのは〆鯖。酢が主張し過ぎない絶妙な〆具合で鯖が味わい深く、今まで食べた〆鯖で一番美味しかったです。鰹もにんにくと山葵を添えて塩でいただくのは初めてだったがすごく旨かったです。
どの料理も素材の味を壊さないような調理方でとても私の好みな料理でした。日本酒も全て高知の物という拘りが面白い。料理に合わせて選んでくれた日本酒も本当に相性が良かった。また機会を見つけて行ってみたいお店です。
