On Yom Hashoah, Israel's national Holocaust Remembrance Day, we come together to remember the six million lives lost to Nazi persecution. It's a day of reflection, but also a call to action—to uplift one another, stand against hate, and build a world where discrimination, antisemitism, and racism have no place.
This year, we had the privilege of joining "Shabbat Metuka", a privately funded non-profit that brings hope and sustenance to Holocaust survivors in Israel by delivering weekly food bags. Their dedication reminds us that small acts of kindness can make a world of difference. We invite everyone to support this cause and spread kindness, compassion, and understanding. Accenture volunteers around the world are also preserving the legacies of victims through our AI project with the Arolsen Archives - an initiative that harnesses the power of artificial intelligence to uncover valuable information about victims of Nazi persecution. Together, we're helping to ensure their stories are never forgotten. For more details on the project and how you can contribute, follow this link: https://lnkd.in/dcgRppR3
Let us carry forward the spirit of solidarity by helping survivors, supporting one another, and sharing stories of resilience and hope. Together, we can ensure that such atrocities are never repeated. #YomHashoah #HopeInAction #SupportSurvivors #NeverAgain
