  • Big news—we've just announced our Series A raise! Huge thanks to our incredible users, who joined the VCs in this round, both believing in and backing the future we're building together 🙌 Delighted to have our round led by Telescope Partners. Onwards and upwards! 🚀

I’m thrilled to announce that Fathom has raised a $17M Series A, led by Telescope Partners. What makes this milestone even more special? Our incredible users— who invested over $2M, at the same terms as the VCs, in just a few weeks. Funding announcements are nice. But the story I’m most proud of is: → how we got here → why Fathom became the top-rated meeting intelligence platform → how we’re continuing to reshape business meetings for the future Fathom exists because of a pain I experienced firsthand: endless Zoom meetings, furiously taking notes while trying to stay present. Back then I thought: What if AI could handle the note-taking, the key moments, the action items, and get it all to the right people? The result: Fathom. From day 1, we invested heavily in building proprietary infrastructure so we could offer users a high-quality product for free. The results have defied our wildest expectations, and are a testament to the need we tapped into: → 90x revenue growth in the last two years → 20x increase in usage since 2022 → #1 highest-rated product on G2, a perfect 5.0 rating, over 3K reviews Of course, metrics alone can’t illustrate the impact on people’s everyday lives. Each and every day we hear stories from our users, of how Fathom deepens their conversations, saves them hours each week, and allows them to focus on their biggest priorities. So what’s next? We're doubling down on our Team Edition product, giving managers visibility into customer conversations, and helping them coach their teams with the force multiplier of AI. But this is only the next step. We envision a future where just saying something in a meeting can magically will it into existence—without the post-meeting work. And that future is not far away. To our users, investors, and team: Thank you for believing in the future we’re building. If you haven’t yet experienced the magic of Fathom: sign up for free and let us know what you think. Here’s to more meaningful and productive meetings for all! 🥂 PS One of the great joys of building this product is hearing users share the ways Fathom has impacted them. So: if you’re a user, would love to hear your story below!

  • Iiiiiiit's HubSpot's INBOUND week! And just in time for our big announcement. ...🥁 ... We know you love Fathom. But we know you don't LIVE in your Fathom tab all day. (It's fine. We get it) So what if.... (hear us out on this) What if you could see all of your beautiful Fathom summaries... ...Right inside your CRM. Because your CRM is where you already live. Imagine this possibility. And then try it out. Because your life just got easier. Hubspot <> Fathom seamless sync is here 🥳 Happy #inbound24

BIG news for HubSpot users: Fathom just seriously leveled up our integration 🎉 (And what better place to announce it than here at INBOUND?) We’ve always focused on making your life easier—automating notes, syncing key info to your CRM. But now we’re taking it a step further with some cool new features: 1️⃣ New embedded experience: HubSpot just rolled out their new UI Extension developer platform, and we jumped on it right away. What this means for you: you can now see your recent calls *directly inside* HubSpot—thumbnails, summaries, action items, the works. No more jumping between tabs—everything you need is right there in your CRM. 2️⃣ Sync custom fields: Tracking key details like “Economic Buyer” or “Competitor”? Fathom now automatically syncs those fields into HubSpot, so your CRM is updated without you lifting a finger. Big shoutout to Karen Ng, Scott Brinker, and the whole HubSpot team for making this happen. 🙌 It’s live on Team Edition now—give it a try and let us know what you think! #SalesTech #HubSpot #CRM #Inbound24

If you use Fathom, I bet at some point you have pasted a call transcript into ChatGPT. Well now, you can use 🌟Ask Fathom🌟, which will also give you a button that takes you to the point in the call where the AI retrieved its answer! I'll post a screenshot in the comments. Have you used Ask Fathom yet?!! Thanks Julie Anne Gniadek for this fun Power User call ♡

Yesterday I zoned out for one sentence of a meeting. We all do it, right?! ... right?! 😅 Well, instead of asking them to repeat themselves... I added an "Oops Rewatch" button in my Fathom. Then I linked it to a Slack channel that only I am in. As soon as the meeting is done, I'll have an unread message with the video snippet of what I missed. Fathom is soooo smooth. Features like this are why our users fall in love with the product. → Do you have a favorite Fathom hack or workflow that improves your productivity?!

CEO • ScreenSpace 💜 Helping people fall in love w/ your product

I got a sneak peak of Fathom's new AI feature. 👀 And it's 🔥 As a long-time Fathom customer, I can say I'm genuinely excited about this one. What are a few ways it can help? 🧐 • Quickly uncover key takeaways from internal meetings and sales calls – including customer quotes – without jumping through recordings • Predict objections before they surface • Instantly summarize calls for follow-ups • Receive feedback on demo performance and missed opportunities It's called Ask Fathom – and it will answer any question about your meetings. Few prompts I love 💜 • “How could I have adjusted the demo's story arc to improve the call's outcome” • “Summarize the customer's feedback” • “What inspired the biggest emotional reaction from the customer” • “What were the objections in the customer's voice?” • “How should I angle my follow-up email?” So how does it work? Check out this 30 second tour (created in ScreenSpace... of course) ➜ https://lnkd.in/gV7G_SW6 👀 If you’re a Fathom user, I highly recommend trying Ask Fathom. If you're not a Fathom user yet ➜ https://lnkd.in/gqGKtbpf • • • We're big fans of Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant over at ScreenSpace ✦. Which is one of the reasons why we created this bite-sized tour. The other reason? This tour was built with a ScreenSpace template we're releasing this week and needed an excuse to test it out. :) #askfathom #producttour #demoautomation #poweredbyscreenspace

Excited to share how as a Customer Success Manager, I leverage the Ask Fathom feature of the Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant to gain valuable insights after client calls. This tool has been instrumental in helping me understand client needs and identify areas for improvement. I've attached a screenshot showcasing how this feature provided me with a great reply to a specific question I asked. Here are some key questions that CSMs can ask AI to foster proactive client engagement: 1. Has the customer shared feedback on the value they've received from the platform? If so, please list. 2. Are there measurable metrics associated with the customer's usage? 3. How can we create an action plan to help the customer achieve their desired outcomes? 4. What are the top priorities for [contact name]? What follow-up steps would help increase adoption? 5. Can we analyze and summarize the customer's feedback to distinguish between their current situation and desired outcomes? 6. Based on the customer's feedback, can we succinctly recap their current and desired state using bullet points? #AskFathom

Helping you generate more business online through SEO, social media, digital ads, and websites that convert. Let's chat!

Marketers: are you using #AI to "talk" to your data? One of my best, "everyday" use cases of AI is just providing it some data and then being able to "talk" to that data...ask it questions, ask for clarification, ask it to spot trends and themes. Which is why I was so excited to see Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant add an "Ask Fathom" feature to their already amazing note taking tool. I use Fathom on almost every call I take these days (with permission of the other people on the call, 'natch,) whether it's a sales call, client call, internal meeting, or an interview for The Agents of Change podcast. Do you use Fathom? Have you tried the Ask Fathom feature yet? What do you think of it? #digitalmarketing #aocp #takeflyte

Here are the best (free!) AI tools that have been super impactful in my day-to-day: 1. Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant If you’ve ever wished you could replay a meeting, This is the tool for it. (Without the Black Mirror vibe 🙃) I use Fathom to catch: - Instructions - Verbal feedback - Specific details Sometimes 1 day later, Sometimes 1 month later. It makes me more focused in calls. And my clients love the recordings, too. It’s a simple way to add value. 2. Claude (via Anthropic) I’m picky about writing. And it's been hard finding an AI that measured up. But this is it!! Most of the time, it understands my: - Tone - Style - Intended message With minimal edits needed. It’s like having a writing partner who gets it. 3. Perplexity This is the best tool to get facts, not fluff. It’s where I go for: - Research - A quick answer - Reliable information Unlike ChatGPT (which doesn’t always share accurate or high-quality answers), Perplexity only pulls from trusted, top-tier sources. And it cites them, so you can dig deeper yourself. 4. ChatGPT This one’s obvious. It's the best one-stop-shop AI tool, Which has saved me hundreds of hours. I use it for: - Feedback - Proofreading  - Brainstorming - Automating repetitive tasks - Summarizing chunks of info - At this point, these tools aren’t just nice-to-haves, They enable me to take on the amount of work that I do. I hope this list helps! Any I missed?
