"Tulsi Gabbard has expressed her willingness to be Donald Trump’s running mate. She stated that she would be “honored” to serve in that capacity if asked". ... Trump's chaos style of attempted leadership runs completely counter to Jocko's ethos so why is he so enthralled by Gabbard? --who apparently is totally ok with Trump's "house of thrones" approach to running our country. Does she know better than Matti's? I think not

Good points and generally true. Also, keep in mind that distraction can be a tool to deal with episodes of panic, anxiety, ptsd, pain, and medical procedures. It can be an alternative to medication in some cases.

Audio quality is poor in the 2nd half; does nobody check before release? A quick pass with a reverb filter would likely have removed most of the echo.
