On the website I had a banner that said $50 off first order over $500 from app. So I did it. Did not get the $50 off. Also if you leave the app to do anything else, your cart and everything is wiped out within seconds and you need to start over. That being said, ordering wasn't a problem but it's basically no different than using the website. Also, it says double the points from the app and it doesn't do that either. I'll probably just use the website and delete the app. It's misleading.

I'd have never had a smooth simple transaction on this app. I love Samsung products and they have always been my go-to for technology but this app is not very user friendly nor is it easy to navigate and complete a transaction. I have had to contact customer service on every single purchase I've made on this app. Hard to believe that a technology company cannot figure out a simple e-commerce website

Worst app ever - couldn't even place an order for a new phone due to a glitch in checkout as the app added in a comma after my PO address. App said that my billing address did not match the address that my carrier had. Addresses were exactly the same except for the comma that the Shop app added in. Tried multiple times to correct it to no avail. Multiple convers (4 phone calls) with support offered no solutions. I wasted hours and missed out on the promos. Thanks Samsung! 😑
