During my internship at Rabobank, I did research and wrote a thesis about the division of HR tasks between the line management and HR, to support HR in becoming more strategic.

Introduction of new employees

During my internship at Evean, I focused on the introduction process of new employees. I did research about the needs of those employees and why the executives had a hard time implementing. Based on the results from several surveys and interviews, I wrote an advice, that was implemented right after.

Recruitment campaign temporary workers

During this project, me and my project members supported the organization Employers Association for Care and Welfare (WSW) during their recruitment campaign pilot for temporary holiday workers in the healthcare sector. We did research and wrote advise on how the campaign could be arranged the best way and so it could be used on annual basis. Besides, we supported WSW in practice: we gave seminars about summer jobs at schools and did promotion on social media.
