Abstract
Objective:
We describe the chest CT and pathologic findings of semiinvasive pulmonary aspergillosis in six patients.
Conclusion:
Semiinvasive pulmonary aspergillosis should be considered in the mildly immunocompromised patient with CT findings that reveal persistent parenchymal abnormalities. Patterns include consolidation and mass.
