Abstract

The authors present a distal urethroplasty technique (or urethromeatoplasty) which consists of reconstruction of the floor of the distal urethral (glandular urethra) by inversion of a pedicled ventral penile skin patch graft raised transversely. This technique allows treatment of recurrent stricture of the glandular urethra in circumcised patients with good aesthetic and functional results.
