Objective: To accumulate data for quality control of Caulis Erycibes.
Method: The total-scopoletin in Caulis Erycibes was determined by RP-HPLC, using CLC-ODS1 column, 0.5% glacial acetic acid in methanol-water(26:55) as mobile phase and UV detector at 310 nm.
Result: The average recovery is 99.37% and RSD 0.39%.
Conclusion: Determination data have been obtained for fourteen batches of three species, and the contents of scopoletin should be no less than 30 mg/100 g.
