Natural craniofacial growth plays an important role in the etiology of malocclusion. So, craniofacial growth prediction is very necessary in orthodontics. The present author have developed a new-typed computerized craniofacial growth predition system, which was designed in the general sense of craniofacial growth. According to a unique method, the system could automatically predict of craniofacial growth to different craniofacial growth pattern. It can be used as an auxilliary tool in clinical, teaching and researches in orthodontics.
