Abstract

Method: A selection of 108 abstracts using MEDLINE, providing 20 articles for analysis, was completed by the author's documentation database.

Results and conclusion: Few reports have used QoL measures to assess outcome. The QOLIE-89 and 31 show the best validity assessment, although there is little information about the face validity according to the patients' point of view.

Objective: To analyze the health-related quality-of-life (QoL) measures applied to partial refractory epilepsy.
