Objectives: We report three cases of bladder hemangioma.
Methods: Three cases of cavernous hemangioma of the bladder with pathologic confirmation treated by endoscopical resection.
Results: There is no evidence of recurrence in either patient after resection.
Conclusions: The endoscopical treatment of small bladder hemangiomas is an effective treatment.
