Usefulness of branch pulmonary artery regurgitant fraction to estimate the relative right and left pulmonary vascular resistances in congenital heart disease

Am J Cardiol. 2005 Jun 15;95(12):1514-7. doi: 10.1016/j.amjcard.2005.02.027.

Abstract

In postoperative congenital heart patients with pulmonary regurgitation, individual branch pulmonary artery regurgitant fractions estimate relative pulmonary vascular resistance independent of pulmonary blood flow distribution.
