Objective: Our objective was to assess the CT findings for endobronchial actinomycosis associated with broncholithiasis.
Conclusion: Endobronchial actinomycosis associated with broncholithiasis manifests as a proximal obstructive calcified endobronchial nodule associated with distal post-obstructive pneumonia of the involved lobe or segment on CT. The possibility of endobronchial actinomycosis should be entertained when broncholithiasis is seen on CT in tuberculosis-endemic areas.
