Sequential endovascular repair and pancreaticoduodenectomy for abdominal aortic aneurysm copresenting with periampullary cancer

Abstract

This report details the case of a patient presenting with a periampullary cancer and an abdominal aortic aneurysm who underwent endovascular repair of the aneurysm prior to pancreaticoduodenectomy. Use of the endovascular approach avoided the need for two major operative interventions.
