Abstract
The fingerprint chromatography and bacteriostatic activity of the n-BuOH extract of Radix Isatis were investigated. The chemical differemce in Radix Isatis from various sources was probed with system cluster analysis and it was co-researched with the bacteriostatic activity using correlation analysis in order to find the baterio static substances in Radix Isatis.
