Severance Hospital categorizes nursing records and organizes an information system in which nurses can easily and accurately utilize record information. This research will introduce the basic compositions of the nursing process: situational variables (diagnostic situations, factor), index of factor (results of diagnostic situations, value) and the connecting frame for nursing diagnosis.
