Objective: To evaluate the effect of FESS in treating chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis.
Method: Sixty-three cases of chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis were retrospectively analyzed. All used Messerklinger technique, and rinsed periodically after surgery.
Result: Observed half year to one year, nearly all patients were cured, a few of patients had mild complication.
Conclusion: FESS surgery is effective in treating chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis, and need not use medicine of anti-fungoid.
