Approaches to determine the potential influential factors and to increase the diagnostic accuracy of UE include: understanding the principles of UE and mastering the correct examination methods; further research on the relevant pathologic changes of breast tumors under UE; establishment of the Logistic model of malignant breast tumors based on the ultrasound characteristics. Biopsy remains an option for the atypical lesions.
