Objective: To establish a rat model of hyperthyroidism Yin-deficiency.
Methods: SD rats separate male and female were randomly divided into four groups, a total of eight groups, each with six. Conclusion: Administration of thyroid-Suspension 10 mg/ kg for 30 d, female rats hyperthyroidism Yin-deficiency rat model is success.
