Abstract

A retrospective analysis of 231 couples undergoing 762 IUI cycles revealed that 63 of 64 pregnancies occurred within four IUI cycles. It is recommended that couples undergoing IUI treatment who fail to conceive within four cycles consider a modification of treatment strategy.
