Pediatr Neurosurg. 2010;46(3):242-4. doi: 10.1159/000318753. Epub 2010 Nov 4.

Abstract

Regrowth of a diastematomyelic bone septum is very rare, and only few cases have been reported in the literature. We report a 3-year-old female patient who developed recurrent fibro-osseous spur after primary excision.
