Intravenous pulse cyclophosphamide therapy in myositis and Sjögren's syndrome

Abstract

We describe a patient with primary Sjögren's syndrome who developed myositis. The results of muscle pathologic analysis before and after treatment with monthly pulses of cyclophosphamide (intravenously), are presented.
