Abstract

A case of a 14-year-old male with a history, physical exam, and x-rays compatible with an epiphyseal injury of the proximal right clavicle is presented. Typical symptoms, physical examination findings, and special roentgenographic views are discussed along with conservative and operative modes of treatment.
