HLA. 2017 Dec;90(6):365-366. doi: 10.1111/tan.13135. Epub 2017 Sep 7.

Abstract

A one nucleotide replacement in codon 803 of HLA-A*33:03:01 results in a novel allele, HLA-A*33:74N.

Keywords: HLA-A*33:74N; cycle sequencing; sequence-based typing.
