The patient/significant other experience of physical restraint in acute care settings: a qualitative systematic review protocol

Abstract

The overarching question for this qualitative systematic review is: What meanings are attributed to the experience of physical restraint among adult patients or their significant others in acute care hospitals? Specifically the review will seek to answer two questions.
