Abstract

Spleen cells from immune mice incubated in vitro with syngeneic and xenogeneic red blood cells release the factor(s) which possess the immunosuppressive activity. Release of suppressive factor(s) by spleen cells from the non-immunized mice occurs only after the contact with xenogeneic erythrocytes.
