Regression of pulmonary valve stenosis due to a dysplastic valve presenting in the neonatal period

Eur Heart J. 1988 Sep;9(9):1027-9. doi: 10.1093/oxfordjournals.eurheartj.a062594.

Abstract

Severe pulmonary valve stenosis in the newborn period usually requires either surgical relief or balloon valvoplasty. We describe a neonate in whom the stenosis spontaneously regressed over nine years.
