[Cyanate-induced oxidative stress injury in human normal liver HL-7702 cells]

Abstract

研究采用氰酸盐负荷人正常肝细胞HL-7702,结果显示,氰酸盐可引起细胞内活性氧(ROS)含量升高;细胞内的抗氧化酶如超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶在氰酸盐处理后显著下降;细胞产生的脂质过氧化反应的终产物丙二醛和高反应性自由基一氧化氮在经氰酸盐负荷后显著升高;此外,细胞内核因子E2相关因子2、血红素加氧酶1及一氧化氮合成酶蛋白水平下调、肝细胞内脂滴明显增加。由此可见,氰酸盐可以打破肝细胞内氧化应激平衡,ROS大量产生,肝细胞内脂质沉积。.
