Abstract

CD117阴性/CK7阳性的低级别嗜酸细胞性肾肿瘤（LOT）是国外新近报道的一种少见、形态易于辨认且生物学行为惰性的肾肿瘤。本文结合相关文献对1例左肾CD117阴性/CK7阳性的LOT合并血管平滑肌脂肪瘤（AML）病例行组织形态观察、免疫组织化学染色及高通量DNA靶向测序，结果显示CD117阴性/CK7阳性的LOT可能与mTOR基因体细胞突变有关。该肿瘤常孤立存在但可合并AML。.
