Obturator foramen bypass--the alternative route for sepsis in the femoral triangle

Acta Chir Scand. 1988 Feb;154(2):111-2.

Abstract

Obturator foramen bypass has successfully been used to replace an infected groin graft in eight patients. Early replacement of an infected graft is recommended because of the poor results and risks associated with conservative management.
