Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) is a well-known modality for the treatment of malignant brain tumors. SRS, however, can also be used to treat non-malignant functional disorders such as epilepsy, tremor, trigeminal neuralgia (TN), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and intractable pain among others.
