[Lemierre syndrome: report of 3 cases]

Abstract

本文报道3例Lemierre综合征患者。3例患者均因口咽部感染就诊，感染由最初的口咽部经颈内静脉局部或远处播散。2例患者B超检查示上肢静脉血栓形成，2例患者CT检查示纵隔炎症。经过抗炎、局部切开排脓、抗凝等对症治疗，最终1例患者发生脑梗死、弥散性血管凝血，1例患者发生脓毒性休克，1例患者预后良好。.
