Abstract

胃肠透明细胞肉瘤/胃肠恶性神经外胚层肿瘤（gastrointestinal clear cell sarcoma/malignant gastrointestinal neuroectodermal tumor，CCS/GNET）是一种可能起源于原始神经外胚层细胞的间叶源性肿瘤，好发于年轻人，多发生在小肠。原发于食管的CCS/GNET罕见，本文报道1例发生于26岁女性食管下段的原发CCS/GNET伴胸椎转移，描述其组织病理特征、免疫表型及分子特征，并结合文献复习CCS/GNET相关研究进展，以提高病理医师对食管CCS/GNET的认识。.
