Abstract

滤泡性T细胞淋巴瘤少见，是一种具有滤泡辅助T细胞表型的淋巴结外周T细胞淋巴瘤，其发病机制尚不明确。本文报道1例甲状腺乳头状癌合并颈部淋巴结滤泡性T细胞淋巴瘤，探讨其临床病理特点、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗及预后等内容，以提高病理医师对这种疾病的认识，避免误诊或漏诊。.
