Nasopharyngeal foreign bodies are exteremely rare and early diagnosis and prompt removal is of paramount importance. A 31 years old woman presented with serous otitis media and nasal stiffness. Although rare, we should evaluate the whole upper aerodigestive tract in the endoscopy for foreign body swallowing.
