Abstract

高血压患病人数众多，但控制率低下，开展继发性高血压的筛查，进行高血压的病因诊断，有助于精准治疗及血压控制。筛查继发性高血压需要依赖包括实验室、影像学及有创诊疗技术等在内的高血压诊疗技术体系，也需要加强包括地方和基层高血压专科及专科人才队伍的建设。未来有望依托统一管理平台、大数据及人工智能等关键技术进一步推进继发性高血压的规范诊疗和数字疗法。.
