Abstract
患者女性，39岁，临床表现为右眼视力下降、眼胀、眼痛、脸变圆、体重进行性增加，首诊于眼科，诊断为中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变；后经实验室检查、肾上腺增强CT检查等诊断为肾上腺皮质腺瘤引起的库欣综合征。行肾上腺肿瘤切除术后患者视力及眼底检查明显好转，提示中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变可能是内源性库欣综合征的罕见表现，二者具有潜在的关联。.
