Abstract

Several emerging APEC serogroups were observed in Georgia poultry populations.An association between APEC serogroups and bird type was observed.The prevalence of different APEC serogroups was influenced by season.A multiplex PCR assay targeting common serogroups of APEC in Georgia poultry was developed.
