Key Concepts and Definitions in Infodemic Management

Infodemic management amalgamates a variety of scientific disciplines and methods that sometimes use different language to describe similar concepts. As a practice, infodemic management is developing its own harmonised language, which is the focus of this chapter. The chapter is divided into five sub-sections, in addition to an introduction, based on the infodemic management framework developed by World Health Organization. For each stage of the framework, relevant key concepts and definitions are defined and discussed.
