• ¹ Laura Desveaux, is the scientific director and learning health system program lead in the Institute for Better Health at Trillium Health Partners (THP) in Mississauga, ON, and an assistant professor in the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME) at the University of Toronto in Toronto, ON. Laura is a health leader and scientist whose work draws from implementation science and management science to explore intersections between performance, learning and leadership in a healthcare context.
• ² Braeden Terpou, is a research associate in the Institute for Better Health at THP in Mississauga, ON. He works with Laura Desveaux to support the understanding and development of behaviour change interventions to address health system capacity and quality issues.
• ³ Balpreet Panesar, is a research associate in the Institute for Better Health at THP in Mississauga, ON. She works with Laura Desveaux and Marissa Bird to explore the associations between learning and innovation.
• ⁴ Jayshree Joshi, is the manager of Learning and Organizational Development at THP in Mississauga, ON. She is responsible for the development and implementation of corporate learning, culture and organizational development strategies, including leader and emerging leader development, staff development, staff and leader performance management and talent management strategies, deploying an inclusive and change management lens.
• ⁵ Marissa Bird, is a scientist in the Institute for Better Health at THP in Mississauga, ON, and an assistant professor in IHPME at the University of Toronto in Toronto, ON. Her research interests are centred around the fields of health innovation, learning health systems, co-design and evaluation. She focuses on creating sustainable innovation in healthcare by optimizing innovations for sustainability within health systems.
