Abstract
Wnt信号通路分为经典通路和非经典通路,其对生物的发育、组织再生及细胞增殖等发挥着关键作用。散乱蛋白(dishevelled)作为Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的核心蛋白,可以促进经典Wnt通路的激活,调控Wnt通路的分支。新近研究发现散乱蛋白在消化系统肿瘤中异常表达。本文将对散乱蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌、胃癌、结直肠癌中的表达、潜在作用机制及其病理意义进行综述,并探讨其在消化系统肿瘤中的诊断、治疗及预后价值。.
