Abstract
The authors report a new case of hydatid disease infecting the Fallopian tube and ovary. Diagnosis was ascertained only upon pathologic examination of the operative specimen. With reference to this case, the signs which may suggest the diagnosis are specified, as well as the treatment and the nosology of these localizations.
