Abstract

Thrombocytopenia and granulocytopenia have a wide variety of causes, and the history is the most useful tool in definitive diagnosis. Management depends on an accurate etiologic diagnosis. Fortunately, in most cases modern technology provides the means to deal with these problems and their complications.
