Abstract

PIP: The letter reports on 2 cases of hepatic lesions discovered by chance during laparotomy in patients on OCs. Such cases are multiplying all over the world. It would be advisable to systematically perform a biopsy of the liver during laparotomy when the patients have been on OCs, to avoid later, and possibly very serious, problems.
