Abstract

The histopathogenesis and course of the lesion are discussed on the basis of a new case of osteochondroma. It would seem to be of low grade activity. At all events, presenting as hypercondylism, the only logical treatment is condylectomy via a pre-auricular approach which is adequate other than for very large tumours.
